RWB > Message Monitoring > System Error

Hi everyone,

During testing of one of our scenarios, I forgot to switch-on one of the comm. Channels.

There were about 2.6K messages.

When I go to

RWB > Message Monitoring, the status of message is System Error.

Now I want to ReSend all of my messages.

When I switched on the Multi selection, selected all of the messages, and tried to ReSend. Only one message was processed.

How can I do that? Does anybody have any idea about this.

We r using XI 3.0, SP 15.

Thannks in adv,

-Naveen.

Hi,

Go to SMQ2 and check the message status. SO try to execute one i.e first queue, then others will process further.

There are 2 reports, you can try with that RSQIWKEX,RSQOWKEX

CHeck this blog-

Krishna Moorthy,

I have gone through the blog. The errors that we have are on the AE and were set to System Error.

ie, the second part of the blog should be helpful. I will try and let u know.

you can schedule a job in the Adapter Engine to resend failed messages.

Go to the Adapter Engine in the Component Monitoring, than Background Processing --> Create and create a new Job with Type "Restart".

This job will restart all erroneous messages when it runs.

Naveen,

can you display the adapter monitoring from the RWB or does it give the same kind of error? If the adapter monitor gives an error as well, it could be a problem with a missing FQDN in the exchange profile.

In any case, you can call that page directly via http://<host>:<J2EE port>//mdt/MSArch

Christine Geier,

When I press any of the security archiving, Background Processing and Adapter Monitoring buttons, it gives the same error.

Naveen,

does it work when you call the URL directly?

Have a look at SAP NOte 768456 Troubleshooting RWB.

It gives some information on what to check for.

well, then there seems to be a problem with the uRL the system constructs for the button.

Go through the note and check your Exchange Profile.

Hi Naveen,

You should find the first message which has gone into the system error. Process the same first and then try resending the others.
