No link to livecache

Hi Gurus'

I am new to APO DP.

When I click on a selection ID like product p-102 and try entering values in the planning table, it is not accepting any input in IDES Access and it says "No link to Livecache". What must've been the problem and how do I resolve it. Please kindly help on this issue?

Snehapunj,

Most likely is that Livecache hasn't been started. Contact your Basis people.

Hi

1) Check in transaction /sapapo/mat1, whether the product p-102

is maintained or not like

2) Did you check all the points which I have mentioned in my

previous reply?

3) Check the application logs of livecache using transaction

/sapapo/om11

Hi Gurus'

Thank you so much for the replies. But again the same problem exists.

When I click on a selection ID like product p-102 and try entering values in the planning table, it is not accepting any input in IDES Access and it says "No link to Livecache". Again the same problem repeats. Please kindly help on this issue?

Hi

in addition to the above posts,

You may check the necessary parameters like Live Cache connection, etc in /sapapo/om13 incase you do not have access to LC10.

let me know what kind of lights red/gree against each do you see in checks"" tab.

Hi

Inform your basis team to check the RFC settings/

livecache connectivity.

Also checkwith them to perform consistency checks

like livecache consistency check if required.

Look at the queues in smq1 and smq2 transactions

This will resolve your issue

Hi If you have SAP ALL authorisation

go to transaction LC10 > Put LCA in the Box and click on Live cache monitoring> click on administration > click on start live cache....

Once the live cache is green you can try your scenario again....
