Hello Experts: I want to find out implementation of BPM in anyway dependent on any other module that need to be implemented before we what to Implement BPM.

What are the prereqisites to implement the BPM. Can u tell me what are the steps need to follow to implement the BPM.

By the way, here is a very rough steps to implement BPMon.

1. Prepare technical prerequisiteｓ.

Install or update following service tools.

ST-PI,ST-A/PI in satellite system

ST-PI,ST-A/PI,ST-SER in Solman

*Please check SAP Note 521820. This note inform you

required patch and notes.

2. Connect your solman to Satellite system. (SMSY setting).

For BPMon, you need RFC read and RFC Login.

*Please check SAP Note 784752. This This note inform you

required basic setting.

3. Define Business Process T-CD DSWP

(As a beginning, you can start also use template process)

4. Define monitoring object of BPMon in T-CD DSWP

5. Generate and Activate monitoring object of BPMon

I am actually looking for any challenges that are faced during the implementation. Also what should be the readiness of the site to implement BPM. Are there any Prerequisites. If any one can share there experience that will be great.
