When we have GATP and run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 then do we also need to run the SDRQCR21 in ECC6.0 ? If yes then in what sequence should we run them ?
Thanks
Hi
Kindly check the OSS Note 304501
The data deviance can be caused by the following:
After the transfer of the customer requirements (online or initial load) to APO, the program SDRQCR21 is started in the R/3 System. This corrects requirements records in the table VBBE, that is, incorrect quantities in the table VBBE are corrected or entire entries are deleted. As a result, the original requirements are still in APO and they might deviate from the requirements in R/3.
If the program SDRQCR21 is used in R/3, it is recommended that you use a comparison report and run it before and after the correction by using program SDRQCR21.
(The comparison report can only be executed as of APO Release 20A.Refer to Notes 209408 and 199321).
If only a few requirements are affected by the correction you can correctly set the requirement in APO by executing a temporary deadline change or a quantity change in the R/3 System (increase and post quantity by 1 unit, then reduce quantity by 1 unit and post).
At present, program SDRQCR21 does not have a connection for APO and an automatic synchronization of the correction is not possible.
Addition of the 8.3.2001:
If some records are corrected in the table VBBE on the R/3 side when executing the report SDRQCR21, the report /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT should then be executed (corresponds to the transaction /SAPAPO/CCR), to adjust the inconsistencies between table VBBE on the R/3 sideand the APO.
Addition of the 26.3.2001
Refer also to note 383591
Addition of the 1.10.2001
Depending on the release gives it to enhancements of the comparison report with enhanced functions. The reports are called now /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT2 and /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT3. With the report /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTAREPORT3 record VBBE can be adjusted also simultaneously ( SDRQCR21 is integrated ). In addition the comparison is possible on field level ( Quantity, date ).

Hi GS,
As per our experience, we have run this report in APO and
subsequently in ECC after the queues are cleared. This has
yielded good results
