SD CRM integration

Can anybody please explain me the settings that are required to integrate CRM system and ERP system from the SD perspective?

SD and CRM Integration takes place at following instances:

Customer Master Record - This can be replicated from CRM system to ECC or / and Vice Versa. This will depend upon requirement and configuration.

Sales Order: Sales Order created in CRM is replicated in ECC system.

These are main integration points.

Thank you so much for the reply Rajesh. I was about to post the same question. But coming to SD-CRM integration are these the only two areas where integration is needed?

What about products and availability check? Also are these integration settings done in CRM middleware?
