Server Hardware Specs needed For SAP SERVER

Hi we have 30 to 40 Users at max , what would be the ideal server hardware specs for ECC 6.0 netweaver installation. We are only implementing FICO at the moment, however we might have other modules implemented in the future, so keeping this in mind what would be the IDEAL specs for the servers. DEV QUALITY AND PRODUCTION.

Please explain in detail RAM , hard disk space and Processor. Also please explain that do we need SAP SOLUTION MANAGER AND SAP ROUTER necessarrilyfor the ECC 6.0 Installation.
