Error using XI adapter

Hi

I have configured XI receiver adapter. IN RFC destaination, i have given as G type, HTTP destination.

When testing the interface, it throws an error "HTTP response status code 400 with description OK".

Can you please let me know what might be wrong.

HI,

The target system in non abap based, hence used G rfc destination type.

When i tested the rfc connection, it says HTTP response 400 and status text OK.

400 means bad request (some syntax error)

Hi Satish,

If you are using XI adapter for ABAP-based receiver(ABAP proxy), the destination is an RFC destination of type H (HTTP onnection to an SAP system).

other cases ( non-ABAP-based receiver), the destination is an RFC destination of type G.

please let me know what is your case.

We use Type H connection for Proxy communication (connection with ABAP).....type G is for something else.
