Regd: Customer Group 4&5. Not displaying in Drop down.

Hi All,

We are facing a strange issue with the customer group maintainence.

I manitained the New entries for Customer group 4 and 5 in SPRO. Using the below config path.

IMG - Sales & Dist - Master Data - Business Partners - Customers - Sales - Maintain Reserve Fields In Customer Master

Customer group 4

Customer group 5.

However, when I want them to see in maintaining it in Customer master, I am not able to see them in List of values.

Customer Master - Sales area data - (Menupath) - Extras - Additional data - Customer group 4 & 5.

I do not understand when the values are maintained then ideally it should be displayed in drop down. However, this is not happening.

Is there any one who faced the similar issue.

Please help with the issue.

Hi,

If you are in General data in Customer master, the additional data will show the Attributes and Condition groups. If you are in Sales area data, it will show the Customer groups and and all its options available in each customer group. So, try the entries in sales area data.
