DMS Document relationship with company code

Hi All,

I have to delete all DMS Documents for Document Type AAA and company code 8200. I am not able to find relationship between Document info records and company code in table level so can you please guide me How to get the relationship.

I checked with tables : DRAW, DRAD, AUSP... but not got proper answer.

check if document has an attached object link then trace that object link if it is associated to your required company code, then you can delete the document by calling bapi_document_delete and bapi_transaction_commit

DIRs do not have a direct relation to company code...

Hi All,

Thanks for your replay. This issue is resolved.

In transaction CV04N with classification tab I have to option of Company code. I am able to get list of DIR's with company code and document type.

Yes. I did check this Ajay.

While searching for documents using CV04N, you can filter it out based on CV04N.

there is no relation between company code & document type. The relationship is only through object types, like MARA for material master etc..

Hi Ajay,

document info records are plant independent.

If there are materialmasters link to the DIRs, you can check whether those materialmasters have plant views.
