Form or text /SMB14/IN_SDORC does not exist

Dear all,

In ECC 6.0 when am trying to copy the order confirmation form from the preconfigured smartform that is

/SMB14/IN_SDORC to zorderform it through the error like "Form or text /SMB14/IN_SDORC does not exist"

How to solve these problem

Is there any other way to copy from preconfigured form?

You must download and install preconfigured forms: http://service.sap.com/bestpractices

But when am moving around best practices download i can't find any info related to preconfigured forms

am also tried search option in service.sap

i am not able to find any forms availanle

kindly help me where i have to download the preconfigured forms exactly

Don't you see the DOWNLOAD icons inside the "baseline packages" menu?
