Can we plan cost of hard disbursement from easy cost planning at WBS level.

i was trying to let you know about hard disbursement( i know that is to post actual cost). i m trying to plan the cost for this.

Hi,

For planning purpose in ECP,Click the WBSE and click Show/Hide item view a screen will display.

Choose the item cat from the list as V (Variable item),Qty,Price,Description and Cost element and save your project.

Hard disbursement means we are taking services from thrid party ( Transaction FB60).

i could not find functional area field in ECP

there is an example of how to use ECP for projects

your scenario is possible

by the way FB60 is to post actuals not plan

not sure what you mean by hard disbursement

but basically you can plan everything at WBS level using ECP
