1. Maintain value contract type and contract release type

Standard: WK1 for general value contracts

WK2 for material-related value contracts

WA release order to value contract

2. Define item categories for value contract and contract release

Standard: WKN value contract-item

WKC value contract-item, configurable

WAN release item value contract

3. Define item category groups for value contracts

Standard: item category group VCIT

4. Assign item category to value contract type and contract release type

5. Maintain condition types

Standard: condition type WK00 for target value in value contract

6. Maintain pricing procedure

Standard: value contract procedure WK001

7. Define document pricing procedure for determining the pricing procedure

8. Specify pricing procedure determination

9. Determine copy control

10. Assign schedule line categories to item categories for the contract release

Standard: schedule line category CP

Note: You carry out this assignment under Sales --> Schedule lines.

11. Determine copy control for value contract and billing document

Note: You change the settings for this under Billing --> Billing documents.

12. Determine copy control for contract release and delivery

Note: The settings for this are under Shipping.

13. Assign partner determination procedure to sales document type

Standard: partner procedure is assigned to sales document type TA.

Note: The settings for this are under Basic functions --> Partner determination.

14. Determine number range for the value contract product proposal module.
