Inspection lot has a UD system status even the UD are not yet made

Hello QM gurus,

I have an inspection lot where it's system status is UD ICCO SPST where as the UD code is not yet performed and still the stocks are in the quality inspection.How can i move the stocks out of quality to unrestricted?

Can you help me pls?

Hi

UD status means you have taken UD

SPST means stock posting started.

It seems that you have taken UD & partially posted the lot.

this lot can be fully processed via QA32 any time.

Yes, current status of the inspection lot is SPST

When i am in the QA32, what do i need to do is click the inspection lot then when it leads me to qa12, can i add now the UD code and put the stocks postings in the unrestrcted stock?

Hi,

You can use transaction QA12 in order to access the usage decision in change mode, there you can do the required stock posting.

Hi,

Goto QA32,in th elist settign select "select all inspection lots" and clear the remaining quantity in quality stock.
