2010 Budget Check at MIRO for a PO raised in 2009

Hi,

I had created a PO and a GR in 2009 but when I do MIRO in 2010 for the same items, I am getting Budget Exceeded message.

It is beyound my understanding that the system should check 2010 budget during MIRO when the PO was raised in 2009.

Any thoughts ?

Hi,

It makes sense, because the costs will be posted already in 2010. I think that what you need to do is the remaining budget transfer from 2009 to 2010.

But the remaining budget just transfers the unused budget (not the one which was already consumed for the PO in 2009).Am I right ?

Hi,

You are working on Annual Budgeting.

You are trying to do MIRO and i think there is some price difference which system will post in 2010 and budget is not sufficient to post that document.

Check how much budget is exceeding and how much you cost you are going to post against the WBSE.
