Copy inspection result from 1 lot to another

Hi,

In the given link of document on page 3 shyamal has mentioned that if we want to do copy result from 1 lot to another then we have to do SPRO setting at suggested path, but I wonder that if I go to SPRO in our system then I am not able to see this path link - "Make setting for copy of Inspection Results". We have SAP ECC 6.0 system.

Any one could suggest me why we don't have this SPRO link in our system?

Hello Tom,

For getting this customization link you have to activate EA-PLM extension.You can activate this extension in customizing.

Activate Business Function=> Enterprise Extensions=> EA PLM

Once u activate this extension u will get the customizing menu. Once the extension is activated it can not be turned off .

Hi Amit,

I've just read this thread. That's exactly the functionality we need, but one important question:

We don't need any PLM functionality like iPPE, ... Will he activation of EA-PLM have an impact on any other already implemented functionalty? We don't want to implement PLM in other areas, except the usage of this QM extension,

This link is available under quality inspection in ECC 6.0

I hope you have properly transfered all client setting to all the client by

QCCW Standard settings for quality inspections

I don't know why it is not showing in our system.

Now I have selected previous lot in inspection plan at char level. Now if I go to RR then system does not ask me for copy result from previous lot as said in doc. So my question is if this custom setting does not available in my system then will this function work in our system or not?

If I want to make it available what can we do now?

Without customization it will npt work
