What's the difference between "Overview" and "Work" in the navigation area? Both views look the same.

Hi Lonny

You can personaliz the view in the overview screen but you cant on the Work view. Say for instance you dont want to see calls Reported By Me. On the overview screen to the right of Impemmentation/Upgrade just above the refresh buttons you will see a PERSONALIZE link. If you click it allows you to basically remove stuff you dont want to see on the Overview screen. Hope this helps.
