Planned POC shows zero

Hi Experts

I have used time proportional method for progress analysis (for activities and WBSs).

The wbs is assigned with network activities.

Before execution, i have run CNE1 and then executed report CNE5.

But i could see the BCWS and not the planned POC. It is shown zero only.

Please correct me if any config missing.
