I would recommend sorting the log files in you sapinst directory by date and time and looking at the most recent logs. They may provide more details into your issue.

Hi Experts,

I would like to give my opinion on this issue.

Whenever we do a new installation or upgrade or System copy or any sort of Activities where our Business / time is at stakes, better to follow the standard procedures

like reading the prepartory documents as well installation documents provided by SAP.

Furthermore , whenever you install the OS or DB make sure that it is in the Patch level described in the documents, following this will solve all our crucial time.

No offence.

Yes i able to resolve the problem. IT's not the SEE_MASK_NOZONECHECKS is the error message. That's a variable it seems. Check for the error in the DB2.log file in your sapinst directory

Basically the problem solved after i have installed the latest Windows Service Pack and Windows update. Then i able to install the DB2 software without any problem. The reason is the MSI which is the windows installer get outdated. So to update it you have to have the latest windows update and service pack. thank you.
