Checkbox in Smartforms

I made a Smart form and i want to print a field as checkbox ...

Can i do it ?

Dear Nick , As you see i am new in smartforms.

I went in my Smartform and i made a field as checkbox.

Now i can't find how to check the value that is checked in Smartform

Did you read the thread that Nick mentioned? It says that you have to use <679> symbol for an empty checkbox field. You have to enter "<679>" as text
