1. Try to create one output type for sending mails use this menupath: IMG - SD- BASIC FUNCTIONS - OUTPUT CONTROL -

OUTPUT DETERMINATION - OUTPUT DETERMINATION Using the condition Technique - OUTPUT DETERMINATION FOR SALES

DOCUMENTS - MAINTAIN OUTPUT TYPES.

EX: OUTPUT TYPE - MAIL

Application - V1

Transmission Medium - 7 Simple Mai

Programmee - RSNASTSO

Form Routine - SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX

2. Go Tcode: VA22

Click on Extra Tab - Click on Output - Header - Edit

Ex: Enter Outputtype - MAIL

Meduim - 7 Simple Mail

Function - SP

Partner - 1000111

Language - EN
