Too slow background analysis, handshake problem?

Dear experts,

We are setting ut the production box but it shows some serious perfomance problem when doing a background analysis.

I seems that the handshaking for every object it analyse takes over a minute (even roles with no conflicts). The analyse itself takes about the same, SAP* takes about 45 min to analyse on both dev/test and prod.

Unix Redhat

IBM J9 VM

Oracle 10g

Java parameters are the same as dev. 4 servers configured to handle the background jobs.

Please advise where to look.

Problem soleved!

Our basis guy erased logs from a full file system and did some changes in oracle settings. Now it works fine.
