Problem in Budget Availability Control

When i checked cj33, i found the assigned is wrong. As such the system is not allowing me to post while i have sufficient budget.

I Know CJBN is the solution.

What by question is that will executing CJBN have any on other projects.

Plus is there a need to execute CJEN after CJBN.

Or can anyone tell any other tried n tested method to resolve the problem.

Things are not clear from your mail.. what are you trying to do and what is the error that you are getting ?

I have sufficent budget but when i try to post it give indufficent budget error. Upon investigating i found that Actuals in CJ33 are wrong, infact more. How to correct it.

Hi,

Are you assigning these WBS element to Orders for Budget control purpose or you are directly assigning Materials/ services in the Network ? whatever may be the case, Check the budget given and adjust your requirements (of Materials/ Services) flowing from Orders/ Networks or increase the budget you had allocated.
