Failed the MAIN_SHDCRE/RUN_RSDBSCPY process

Hello,

I am running an upgrade of SAP EhP 4 for SAP ERP 6.0 along with Stack Set 05 for Oracle 10i and HP Itanium.

This process has stopped due to the following error:

Hi,

Generally phase RUN_RSDBSCPY gets failed when there is not sufficient space at OS level as this phase consumes maximum space while creating shadow instance.

you can reset your installation and start with fresh uncared files.

Please note to allocate same file size to all data and log files.

All of 9 tables showed with an Oracle Error: ORA-000001 (unique constraint (SAPSR3.XXXXXXX~0) Violated.

However, when I ran according to the SAP Note 23237 (Duplicate keys, rows and registers) against 9 tables which were reported as duplicated registers: The result was that none of the 9 tables have duplicated registers. ??? I have verified its primary key from the trx SE14 (check database objects) from the same instance which is being upgraded. I have compared the prmary key between the upgraded instance and the other instance. the primary key of 9 tables are identical for both instances.

The version of TP program from ../abap/exenew is: /tp version 372.04.65 (release 701, unicode enabled)

The version of R3trans program from ../abap/exenew is: /R3trans version 6.14 (release 701 - 12.06.09 - 15:20:00).

Them are the newest available.

Now the the sapehpi on ehp 4 is still stuck on the phase: SHDCRE/RUN_RSDBSCPY
