I need help to understand what exactly is/was the issue:

o While doing Risk Analysis in CUP, if any mitigated role is added by removing the existing role, then Risk Analysis shows the mitigated risk. However, the same Mitigated Role is ignored correctly, when it is added without removing the existing role.

Let me try to explain.

The issue was when you performed risk analysis in CUP, and you remove a role, whose risk was mitigated, CUP was still reporting a risk as if the role was never removed.
