rebate settlement

In a rebate agreement, I try to do final settlement.A message appears saying credit memo request is saved (CMR no. is not generated). In change node I can even change certain things. but the save button is greyed out.Iam not able to save the request and hence consequently can not create the credit memo.

Hi,

R u asigned number ranges to CMR properly,

As soon as system give msg, credit memo saved, go for VA02,is appear there or not see.

CMR is of doc type B1.

Number range is assigned to the doc type B1.

In VBO2 on creatiing final settlement,I am getting the message, CMR is generated.

#1: But in change: rebate payments-> credit memo request-> change

save button is greyed out in that screen where other changes can be made like removing the credit block, giving an order reason etc but the document can not be saved.

#2: In va02 also the document no. does not appear.(although both internal and external no. ranges are saved)

what might be missing..?

Hi,

This is a standard practise. branching from VBO2 to change CMR is available in Change mode.

Once, it is done, click the BACK arrow and it will return to VBO2. Save the rebate document and the CMR will get credited.

The status will be updated to "D".

Go to VBO3 and there is a menu item that can show you the CMR no.
