Copying Inquiry PO to Quotation PO is not working.

Dear, Gurus

I am having a small problem or bug where I am creating and inquiry and in the PO i'm putting for example, test. When I create Quotation with reference to that Inquiry the PO Test is not there. In other words it is not copying over. How can I rectify this?

Hi,

In std it is not copying from QT to OR,

Because in routine 001-Copying Requirement at header level, the table & field - VBKD-BSTKD is not speciefied.

Add this table & field in routine or create new routine by copying existing one and add this,

Take help of ABAPer.

QT to OR is working fine but not IN to QT.

Also, the same problem you can find in IDES.

You can add the field BSTKD in the Routine maintained in the Copying Control settings for IN to QT for Routine 101'Header business data'.

Thanks Guys I'm sure thats the solution. As I went to that place and looked at the coding and it says fields which should not be copied and that BSTKD was on the list. I will have ABAP consultant sit with me and try to resolve the routine issue. Thanks again pts have been awarded.
