How to find/search those outbound deliveries for which J1IJ has not been done.

As no standard report is available, you can make report on your own using the table J_1IRG23D (RG23D register for the depot) and delivery table LIKP LIPS and table for material documents (optional as per your reqt.)

There is no std report is availbale, u can develop Z report for this.

You can check the same at VL06G by mentioning the shipping Point of the Depot Plant.
