How to eliminate null value in the LOV of the object

Hi,

Can you please tell me how to eliminate null value in the LOV of the obejct.

I have a dimension object Country in the universe. I have Associate List of values option checked.

In the Edit Query I have applied a filter as Country Code Is not null.I have saved the query and in the List of values I still able to see the null value for Country.

Can anyody please provide a solution.

This needs to be done at universe level since the end users needs to create Ad Hoc reports.

Hi Sindhu,

After clicking on the edit option in the object properties you will have to edit the default sql generated.

Uptill this you have done it correct, now there is check box at the bottom of the sql window(where you have writen the field is not null) which says "Do not generate sql before runing" this has to be checked.

This will definatly work for you,i think you forgot to check this option thats it.

Please try this and let me know.
