Hi All,
Is it SRM standard that
when the shopping cart is in ERROR IN STATUS, the requestor of the shopping cart could not find a CHANGE button.
can any one confirm this?
Why SAP designed like this.
For eg. we aware ADMIN can edit the cart while monitor sc transaction /menu but why end user (requestor) could not find a CHANGE BUTTON to edit his/her cart.
our business wants to edit his cart via check status at any cost of shopping cart status for the requestorlike administrator.
can any one confirm this?

Hi,
I think ERROR IN STATUS comes from backend side error in classic mode. Employee has no idea about root cause and no idea which value should be changed.

I do agree .
Administrator inform the requestor to change the cart data but requestor could not change Why?
Business does not care SAP standard . Why requestor could not change his cart only while ERROR IN STATUS.
We need to answer this question to the business. Since requestor is owner of his cart why he could not change his cart at ERROR IN STATUS.
