For XD01, Sales area data tab greyed out

Hi,

User has XD01,XD02,XD05,XD06,XD07,XD99.when user tries to use XD01 with parameters customer,sales org, dist channel and division when go to customer : sales area data screen,sales area data tab is greyed out.It shouldnot be greyed out.what is the cause of it.user has proper authorization for SD.

Hi,

Try with OBD2 tcode...

Also, make sure that while creating customer, you enter sales org., dis channel, & division....

U r not using correct account group.I think u r using bill to party.Use correct a/c group. to change customer a/c group u can use xd07.

Go to OBD2...select ur account group and go to detail screen....in field status double click on sales area data...in select group double click on group (sales, shipping, billing ect) and change the setting as ur requirement

You have to check in OB20.

You mean to say that while XD01 & in input if you give your Sales Area ,then in Sales Area Tab , Sales Area would be in grey mode only.

It shows that you are going to create a Customer in this Sales Area only.

OBD2 give access to change customer account group and also give access for new entry that is sox compliance. only firefighter id can be used to have OBD2.any other way to do it.
