Create Container Form

I am trying to understand the purpose of the Create Container Form option. How is it different from adding an input field element ? Why use one over the other.

Create Container Form is like a wizard. It lets you choose the fields from the context and then it will generate the labels and fields for you. Everything it does can be done manually. It is just a time saver.
