Exception Condition TABLE_NOT_FOUND Raised

Hello Gurus,

When i checked in tcode SM58 we have a TRFC failed with error "Exception Condition TABLE_NOT_FOUND Raised".

Here are the details in the tcode SM58.

Caller : WF-BATCH

Function Module : BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER

Target System : None

Status Text : Exception Condition TABLE_NOT_FOUND Raised

Please help me in finding out the probabilities of getting this error.
