Minimum user in SAP

I want to know the minimum number of free user in the Production Machine.

Also about the cost of each new user after exceeding the max free user limit.

Users like SAP*, DDIC, communication users are free users.

SAP charge for all business users.

There are 3rd party tool available to do License management and that can help you to stream line your license cost based on your usage. They can also recommend right license for each user.

As Juan said, Contact your SAP Account manager to get cost on each additional user.
