Only part of the screen shown in WEBGUI when first running a report

When a report is opened in WEBGUI from a link such as

https://myServer/SAP/BC/GUI/SAP/ITS/webgui?~transaction=*ztran param1=val;param2=val

only half the screen is shown to begin with. There is a large blank white space on the right hand side of the screen.

If you then scroll to the right of the page and back to the left again it displays all the screen.

The browser is IE7 and I have it open to full screen. Is there somewhere I can set a larger initial screen size to avoid the unnecessary step of scrolling right and then left again to see all the columns.

being called? When it initially launches it does not open in the full browser screen. Correct?
