Create a Person List for Field Order Reason in Sales Order Entry

I know that we can create Personal Lists in SAP. I have done thjis for Means of Transport. However, there does not seem to be a facility to create such a list for field Order Reason.

Can this be set up in Standard SAP?

I want to create a personal list for field "Order Heason" (VBAK~AUGRU) which appears on Sales Order Entry.

Is it possible to create such a list for this field?

Hi Field for means of transport is available in shipping tab at HEADER & ITEM LEVEL.

PLEASE EXPLAIN U R REQUIREMENT IN DETAILS

You can create personal list for Order Reason

Path: +SPRO - Sales & Dist. - Sales - Sales Doc. Header - Define Order Reason+

You have mis-understood the requirements.

We want to maintain "PERSONAL LIST" - i.e. when the user presses F4 to get a list of valid values - we want to create a PERSONAL LIST so that the user only gets the values relevant to him only in the F4 List.

This is possible

YOu need to use the user exit.

Kindly check with your abapar, i dont remember exactly which user exit we have used.

One z-table, which has list of employees & sale order creator user id.

The person who is creating a sale order can view only the sales employees which are maintained in the Z-table against his id.

This will avoid the dropping down of big list for selection.
