CUP Field Mapping to Portal Error (AC5.3 SP10)

All -

We are getting the following error when we attempt to perform the portal field mapping in CUP. We have tested the connector and receive a "Connection Successful" message; however, when go to configure the field mapping, we get the following error:

Data retrieval from system CD1_EP failed : com.virsa.ae.service.ServiceException: com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxm.soap.accessor.NestedSOAPException: Unable to create message from source.

Any ideas?

Hi Daniel,

I know you said the connection tests successfully, but have you tried calling the EPRTA WebService URL directly by calling it from your browser?

Also, is the EPRTA on SP10 as well?

Regarding the field mapping - I'm using:

AC Field Application Field

Email Address - STANDARD email

User FName - STANDARD firstname

User ID - STANDARD logonname

User LName - STANDARD lastname

But have not tested this with SP10 - still using SP9...

Dominic, thanks for your response. Since the connection was working, it ended up being one or more of the additional parameters that need to be configured (i.e. ASSIGN_GROUPS:OC, ASSIGN_ROLES:OC, etc...) were not originally set-up correctly by Basis. I recreated the connection and was able to get it working. Regards, Daniel
