ECC CIC0

Hi Guys,

I am really confused , if its a right section to post this question or not else moderator can suggest me the right section and will re-post

Here is the question:

1. We are taking advantage of ECC CIC0 ( Customer Interaction Center ) functionality of SAP CS module and requirement is to call customer fact sheet( Transaction: VC/2) through action box within that tab, not in the separate window.Any idea how to fix this ??? I am sure some technical enhancement will the there but some guidence will be much appreciated. Standard config will open transaction on the new window and we don't want that.

2. How to increase the size of Action box component?

Hi,

Any transaction called from CIC0, is opened in new window, there is no such provision to display within same window.

Hi Kapil,

Thanks for your reply but i am aware that, there is no such standard functionality in SAP to call the transaction within the action box tab. You reckon there would be any work around , I mean through any technical enhancement or something?
