Customer Description in Demand Planning

Hi ALL:

A specific customer did not have the description CIFed over and hence the customer # was displayed in the description of the Header Information. But after I CIFed the customer data from R3 and looked at the description it still did not display the customer description.

Do I need to do anything else? I went out of the Interactive Planning and came back in and look and it did not help.

Hi,

Have you tried to activate the "Customer" Master Data in APO?

I suggest you to go and see the Customer Master Data (tcode: RSA1) to check whethter there exists the description for your customer..
