Problemas al instalar Crystal Reports in SAP Business One 8.8

hola buen dia

estoy tratando de instalar Crystal reports en mi computadora personal sin embargo, al momento de correr el instalador este queda "bloqueado" y me arroja un error el cual indica lo siguiente:

"Se ha producido un error al intentar cargar el tiempo de ejecucion de Crystal Reports.

o bien los permisos clave del registro de Crystal Reports son insifucientes, o el tiempo de ejecucion de Crystal Reports no esta instalado correctamente.

Instale el Redistribuible apropiado de Crystal Reports (CRredist.msi) que contenga la version del tiempo de ejecucion de Crystal Reports (x86, x64 o Itanium) requerida. "*

alguien sabe en donde puedo descargar este redistribuible???...Mil gracias por su ayuda...

he descargado el archivo CRRedist2008_x86.msi" (for 32bit) sin embargo al momento en que lo ejecuto me arroja el siguiente error:

Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from file c:\documents an settings \iavila\Escritorio\

CRRedist2008_x86.msi

sabes aque se debe????

Busca en el registro de Windows (regedit) algun dato relacionado con Crystal Reports, esto de la instalacion anterior y borra dicha llave.
