Inventory in blocked stock, when GR is done against PO

We have a requirement, where we want to inventorize ROH materials into blocked stock when

GR is done against the purchase order.

In std system, Inspection type (01) is not serving the requirement as it inventorizes into QI stock

Note: we have activated QM

Ideally we are looking for a setting in the material master (OR) a configuration setting where we do a

GR against PO it should be inventorize into blocked status without manual intervention
