It´s mandatory to have the same Livecache ID on SCM and the livecache server?

The answer on your question is u2018NOu2019.

For SAP liveCache documentation please see the SAP note 767598.

-> If you are running the SCM with MAXDB database and not using the oneDB option, and you have the database name as ID SCM, you are planning to install the liveCache on the same server as MAXDB database => use another SID for the liveCache instance.

-> The liveCache installation Guide has the restrictions info for the SID of the database
