SAP DMS & cFolders link not working from SAP cProjects

Hi.,

I am facing following problems, It is related with fetching the data from the system via URL.

1. cFolders Error :- When I click on the cFolders link which is assign to cProject in collaboarion tab, it is giving me error.

actually it should open the cfolders link. but it is giving the error as 404 page not found.

2. DMS Error : I have linked the SAP DMS to cProjects via object link functionality, when I click on it , It should bring me to SAP DMS.

but it is giving me the error "page can not be displayed"

Hi,

Have you defined the base url for cFolders in customizing (cFolders settings)? Also, you have to define the RFC connection for cFolders under cProjects->connection to external systems->cFolders integration
