File not getting posted at target directory

Former Member

Hi all,

I am crearting a simple bypass scenario in which no mapping is involved. I simply have to pick up a file with particular naming convention from the FTP location and write it to other location at the target side with some different naming convention.

The file is getting picked up from the FTP location but is not written at the target location?

Can you please suggest me what could be the reason?

Is there something to do with adapter specific parameters?

Thanks & Regards,

Sachi

Hi,

Are you seeing any for the same then post the same...

at what stage you are stuck at...

is sender adapter picked the file and sent to Integration engine ? check at sender adapter communication channel for logs..

is message success in SXMB_MONI ?

is receiver adapter resulted in error ..then check the logs and post the same if any error there....

Also check the target directory have sufficient privileges for the file operaitons..

Hi,

Check the Runtime Workbench - Communication Channel Monitoring - Check your receiver communication channel

Can you see you message ? If you can, drill into the detail and see if the file is being written into the location configured on the receiver comms channel ......

Cheers

Colin.

Hi,

The message is failing in moni saying receiver case asyun... no receiver can be determined.

But I have checked all the configuration, what can be the reason.

Note: It is simple bypass scenario, Picking a file from FTP location and placing it to another location. No mapping is involved in it

Hi Sachi,

please compare the message signature:

sender BS, sender IF, sender NS of Sender Agreement and Receiver Determination. There must be a difference.

Thx to you,

you should open a new thread for a new question. Then it is easier to use the forum as archive.

Udo

BTW: Have a look to sender channel monitoring and RTW message monitoring..
