Hi,
Follow the path:
SPRO>Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Partner Determination>Set Up Partner Determination-->Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header.
Check what is the partner determination procedure assigned to your sales order type by clicking on "Partner Determination Procedure Assignment".
Make a note of that procedure.
Click on "Partner Determination Procedures".Select that procedure.
Click on "Partner Functions in Procedure".
Select the partner functions and tick the check box "Not modifiable".
Save.

Krishna.

Hi,
Make all the partner functions as NOT CHANGABLE.
then it will come in display mode only, no body able to change.
