Generation of TO using movt type 391

It is not possible to generate TO from Storage-Type xxx to Storage Type yyy using movement type 391 for the material xxxxx (which is dangerous good).

Only on booking the stock from Consignment to Free stock the quants/units are found and the transfer requirement can be changed into TO's

could you please suggest the possible reason for this.

Hello

I guess mov type 391 is configured mov type as per the business requirement. I understood the problem you are facing for consignment goods.

For this time being solution is ask user to trnasfer the stock from consignment stock to own stock.

Permanent solution: You have to configure stock determination group in transaction OMLY with consignment and put this stock dermination group in Mater master MRP2 view. It will resolve your problem.

There's no movement type 391 in our system. What is this used for? Please explain it (meaning of this transaction; business scenario + SAP part of it).
