Hi Experts,

i have the below list of basic questions ,plesae try to answer them precisly.

1.what is software component ?

2.what is decvelopment component ?

3.can 2 persons work on same DC or SC ?

4.How to communicate b/w rthe components (SC/DC) ?

5 What is FPM ?

6.What is SDM?

7.What is JSPM ?

8.Diff.between JSPM and SDM ?

9.Do we need JCO connection even after configuration of SSO ?

10. Is it possible to implement ESS without MSS ?

1. SC in a group of DC - SC is a logical unit.

2. DC represents one development project (wd, java, par or other)

3. on the same SC - yes. on the same DC - no and its also not recommended.

4. Communication between DC is done by public parts in the DC. You can not communicate between SC but you can communicate between two DCs from different SCs.

5. FPM - Floor Plan Managment.

6. SDM - Deployment tool for java based programs (DC).

7. JSPM - Deployment tool for updates ( and SC ).

8. JSPM is managed.

9. JCO stores all the properties of the backend used by WD applications. SSO is only a security logon method.
