GI reversal on back dates

Hi friends,

I want to reverse the GI on back dates.Is there any option to carry out this?

Yes that is possible provided the MM period is open in T-Code MMRV

Use T-Code VL09 select Outbound Delivery Radio-Button & give Outbound Delivery number.

Then Execute... Here you can enter a Back Date (which is not later then actual GI date...)

Yes it is quite possible provided the relevant period is open. If the required period is open and once you execute VL09 after giving the delivery reference, you can see a tab "Define Date". Click this and maintain the required date and then click on Reverse.

Please kindly consider that the back date that you choose

should be greater than or equal to GI posting date and within

an open period.
