material in division and TAX

Hi

1) I've maintained my material in a distribution channel which i've named as common but when i do the sale stransction i've to choose my distribution channel, and therefore my material need to be extended to that particular ditribution channel so is it doable

2) when i maintain the tax classification for a material in material master for a particular salesarea with some tax classification. and when i extend the material to another sales area and when i change the tax classification for that sales area, system automaically updated the changed tax code even for the previous sales area

Hi Vinz999

Please kindly consider that:

- T-code VOR1 should be used to assign sales org. &

specific dist. channel to a reference dist. channel.

- Tax classification is country dependent accordingly

will be the same for all sales areas.
