Employee Trip advance

Hi All

It is possible to restrict employee trip advance based on his/her position , please do let me know what should be done to acheive this.

Hi Abdul,

Do you want to restict the amount based on positions and jobs or on giving a advance itself.

Are you using transaction PR03 or travel requests for advances. If you are using travel requests, you can use the user-exits and put in your custom logic to restrict the advances to the employees

Employee will raise travel adavnce when they apply fot trip request from ESS- Travel request page, so we have to restrict travel advance for the employee based on his position . Do we have any backend configuration to restrict this , please do let me know.

And we are uisng travel request (Transaction - Trip )for advance for backend .

Hello,

Its not possible in standard, but you can use the following User Exit :

Enhancement name: FITR0003: User Exit: Save Trip (PR01, PR04, Pr05,

TRIP) - before assigning trip number.

Enhancement Name: FITR0005: User Exit: Save Trip (PR01, PR04, PR05,

TRIP) - after assigning trip number.
