Hi,

you can get documentation for your authorization objects in SU21. It's described there what you can disable using object S_RS_FOLD. Another good source of information is [SAP documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/Helpdata/EN/80/1a68b4e07211d2acb80000e829fbfe/frameset.htm].

Cheers

hi

thanks for sharing the link, now I understood that some times we need to avoid user to display all the reports/queries in the folder view/ hierarchial vies, then we use S_RS_FOLD.

But still I dont know why we have to create folder roles for the power users/report users using the S_USER_AGR object?

Hi,

S_USER_AGR is the authorization object for roles. The reason why you need it is explained in OSS note 829008. Basically, whenever you save the workbook to particular role, you have to modify that role.
